(The NC title sequence plays. Then we open on NC's hallway in his home. A door in the hall opens and NC emerges. He steps out into the hall and closes the door. He starts to walk down the door, but suddenly stops, becoming nervous. He stares out into the living room while ominous music plays in the background. Visibly nervous, NC's lips quiver. He looks around briefly before running into his office in an adjoining room. We then cut to Heather, whose phone rings. She answers it.)

Heather: Hello?

(It's NC. He is clearly ill at ease as he talks to her on his phone.)

NC: There's always something out there.

Heather: (confused) What?

NC: My living room! There's always something out there, some weird-ass freak, some bizarre scenario that ties into the movie I'm reviewing, and I just can't do it today!
