Hamlet rantEdit

Unfortunaly, the Nostalgia Critic’s Hamlet rant hasn’t been transcribed correctly. This is what he actually says:

“Alas, poor Tom and Jerry! I knew them, viewing audience: two fellows of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy: They have borne me on many hilarious antics a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! My gorge rims at it, whatever the hell that means. Here hung those lips that have been mangled I know not how oft. Where be your screams now? Your torn limbs? Your shattered teeth? Your sets of bowling pins that were wont to set children and adults on a roar? Not one now to mock your antics, whiskers fallen(?). Now get you to Hollywood’s chamber and tell them, let them stop this douchbaggery that shocks and terrorizes those with most excellent humor and show them what makes such great laughter so great; make them laugh at that.”

In case you wonder, this is what the original from Hamlet says:

“Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio: a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy: he hath borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! my gorge rims at it. Here hung those lips that I have kissed I know not how oft. Where be your gibes now? your gambols? your songs? your flashes of merriment, that were wont to set the table on a roar? Not one now, to mock your own grinning? quite chap-fallen? Now get you to my lady’s chamber, and tell her, let her paint an inch thick, to this favour she must come; make her laugh at that.”

Tom and Jerry spoke before movie Edit

I am always annoyed when people say Tom and Jerry never talked. They've did talk before, but rarely during their Hanna-Barbera years (1940-1958). Jerry did have a speaking role in the 1945 movie, "Anchors Aweigh" as a sad king.

I Love the Review on Tom and Jerry: The Movie Edit

Am I the only one who thinks this is their favorite Nostalgia Critic review? Doug tells the truth about the film and how it's so crappy. I love Tom and Jerry, just not their 1990s flick. MF98 19:51, November 22, 2018 (UTC)
