Neutro is a giant robot created by Dr. Insano. It is in the end of Neutro #1 and is later stolen by Linkara and appears in his Power Rangers Zeo review in order to fight Mechakara. He is later stolen back by Dr. Insano and appears in Star Wars 3-D but it is stopped by a Cybermat draining its power. It's unknown what happened to it after that.
