Phillip (aka the Inner Pessimist, and formerly known as Ralph) is one of Luke Mochrie's two personalities. Phillip represents Luke's more cynical and negative views when reviewing films. Because of his snarky attitude, he tends to think that he always right, especially when talking with Ringo.
