Bhargav Dronamraju is the Former Chief Executive Producer (CEP) on TGWTG.com, usually helping out and appearing in the videos, most notably The Nostalgia Critic. A friend of Doug Walker's from college, Bhargav made his first on-screen appearance in the Captain Planet review playing Ma-Ti, the South American teenager of the main heroes on the show. After letting it slip that he is of Indian heritage, raising the Nostalgia Critic's suspicions, he punches him in the face, shouting "Heart!" and running off. His most note-worthy appearances have been as a clinical psychologist in the Lori Prince Live videos and as a dirty-minded on-looker of the muddy girl-fight in the Mortal Kombat: Annihilation review. As of June 16th, 2011, Bhargav decided he would be making his own videos and has stepped down from being the Chief Executive Producer.
In a radio interview with TalkShoe in Febuary 2012, Doug Walker mentioned that Bhargav had officially left the company entirely to pursue his own ventures, and that though Doug and the others wished the best for Bhargav and are still friends with him, he is no longer a part of Channel Awesome and will not come back to play Ma-Ti, Raja, himself or any other character, and that if he continues with Monkey Death Ray, it will not be on the That Guy With The Glasses site.
To Boldly Flee includes Bhargav's final scene, filmed during Suburban Knights, before his departure from the site.
He's also the man who introduced Doug to Channel Awesome CEO Mike Michaud, who then made the site for Doug and eventually picked up talent.
